Its supposed to be an awkward flyer so the 3D animation makes sense. Though if It's so bad at flying, it would make more sense for it to just stay on the ground until it actually needs to fly.

archeops already has higher than average stats than most pokemon considered "good"
make defeatist activate at 25% hp instead and can be reversed if your hp goes above that threshold again

that’s a stretch. It’s just a crinoid that can look at the player, and it looks like shit. It’s not monstrous in a cool way, or cute, or even intentionally ugly like Weezing. It’s really just a bland hunk of plastic.

Armaldo takes everything cool about the origin animal and then turns it into a retarded penguin body, with its stalk-eyes downgrading to drawn-on triangle eyes. The arms are awkward too, they’re just growing out of its nipples and are too stubby to do anything; it’s just a disappointing evolution in every aspect. My opinion on Cradily is more or less what >>45730699 and >>45731543 said.

Lileep is okay too I guess (face is cute like Kabuto’s)... really it’s just the evolutions that are awkward but I’m not a big fan of Lileep’s weird penis-looking tentacles either.
