Please explain me why there should be yet another Pokémon rep in Smash Bros. while it's a franchise that only clutters the roster over the simpler Poké Ball drop and there's no real passion behind but contractual obligations like any other Fire Emblem character.

And explain me why the shillmon for the next generation *needs* to be Toxicitry over anything else as many people online claim.
I don't think it's true that because Smash 4 had Greninja and then Ultimate had Incineroar it means it has to be a starter, but as a whole I don't think we need to represent each new generation "just because".
