The would probably have better sales if they released an actually good finished game in a random month like May or July rather than a mediocre game like in a holiday month like November. Animal crossing outsold swsh despite releasing in March and being a less popular series.

I never said new horizons wasn't unfinished or anti-consumer, I was mainly focusing on the fact that it sold 22 million copies despite being released in march. It just show that gamefreak doesn't need to rush the games for the holiday season.
