>>45752481A post-apocalyptic setting where you decide the fate of humanity by siding with one of three factions, those being Law, Chaos, and Neutral.
Law sides with the Judeo-Christian God who wants to enforce His will onto everyone. While this guarantees equality and everlasting peace, it comes at the cost of free will.
Chaos sides with Lucifer who strives to create a world where the strong thrive. While this guarantees absolute freedom, it comes at the cost of constant warring and the inability to trust anyone.
Neutral, on the other hand, rejects both and urges humans to choose their own path. This is the hardest route to take, however.
Throughout your journey you will come across and fight Demons, which are all based on real-world religions, folklore, myths, etc. You can have them join your side by negotiating with them. Set Demons, however, do not stay with you through the entire game; they are only useful for so long. You have to either negotiate with new Demons or fuse two or more together to create new, stronger Demons.
Buffing and debuffing is also essential in battle thanks to the "Press-Turn" system, where, if you hit an enemy's weakness, you gain another turn. However, enemies can do the same to you, so watch out.
Overall they're very fun games where your choices actually matter.
