In some cases it's more like a ring surrounding the vaginal canal, though sometimes it partially covers it like a crescent moon, but in others it's a full on "wall", and those will absolutely break. Even if for some reason it doesn't go away at first, it eventually will after continuous sex. Sometimes not even with sex at all, sudden movements can also make it tear, like horse riding. But even so, it's all still natural and how it was intended, so that kind of blood during sex is normal, unlike blood from a hurt anus mixed with feces.
