I always thought Vespiquen got Intimidate, it should get that.

Or there could be some kind of Wishiwashi thing where the Combee all surround her and give Vespiquen amazing stats, (like in a beehive its tough to kill the queen because she has a huge army of bees to defend her) but when she falls to low hp (10%), she turns back to normal Vespiquen.

attack order is now bug stored power that works off the higher of attack/special attack. you can now use different kinds of honey to change the boosts of defend order to your liking. also like +15 BST across the board. there now it's niche in PU

I imagine a Mega Evolution would cause her body to harden and become much heavier. The overall theme would be she's effectively a fortress/castle that is completely reliant on the Combee colony moving her around and act as an army. Matching the royalty theme also it's a good typing

The flying type barely feels fitting for it imo, feels more like one of the winged Pokemon that shouldn’t have it (Beedrill Dustox Hydreigon etc).
I would make it pure Bug with Levitate, a bulky mono Bug type would probably have a much clearer defensive niche as a ground resist. The only fully evolved mono Bug I can think of even is Accelgor who can’t take a hit at all.
