>>45783358>caring about spelling on 4chanAnd now you try to deflect and change the subject. "I know how to spell" -> you are being proven wrong -> "Who cares about spelling anyway". Stop, it's pathetic at this point.
And no, you don't, else you would understand how the way you write can show emotions or attitude. The way the words that are used, the lenght of the message, the care given to the message, ponctuation, changes in style or words, etc... There are many ways to tell how someone feels on the Internet through writing, we all have an adaptative writing style depending on the situation, we just don't use words in the most simple and direct way. I wonder how would feel a writer or someone who loves reading books towards your opinion because they know well how words alone can transfer emotions and intent.
>You don’t speak words on the internet, you type them.We might type not speak words but Tone is only 5% of the communication, 20% is Words and 80% is Body Language. Issue is, with Internet, yes it's harder to understand others' intent but not impossible because everything I listed is a part of the "Body Language", the way you use words and not the words themselves in their logical definition. And even without it, 20% is a lot still just with words alone. So, yes, you can show emotions or attitude.
>changing the goalpostsNo. I never said in my original message anything about your actual intent. But your intent was clearly complaining about the raid because it wasn't what you wanted. Issue is, the way you said it was clearly in a "it's not worth me/my time" which is diminishing the raid and so the work the host put in his raid. So by association, you saying the raid isn't worth it is saying the host work was "shit" basically.
So, yes, you were showing negative emotions towards the raid and indirectly towards the host. But it doesn't matter, you don't feel like you can do wrong so it's a waste of time anyway.
