Machamps, SWOSH-X, grumpigs, PokeGen, etc. almost all the URL Pokemon are not actually put up on the GTS by the site themselves, rather they're vomited into surprise trade/wonderbox and people retrade them. The sites themselves are mostly sites, discord servers, or facebook groups where they offer to gen you Pokemon for exorbitant amounts of real money. I'm surprised they don't at least plop down a spam filter considering how tight fisted any partially Nintendo-owned properties are but apparently they don't mind if people profit off their GTS. Same shit happened on the 3DS GTS albeit for only 3 major dudes, and those got you temp banned if you traded them.
