The game is really, really boring. One of the few fangames that's on par with Game Freak difficulty, and I don't mean that in a good way.
Unless you're just thinking of masturbation 100% of the time, I don't see why you wouldn't look at a few images (usually much higher quality than the crappy animations in the game) and masturbate before playing some other, better fangame.
