1) not enough, especially if reflect is set up
2) impossible if Urshifu is locked into Wicked Blow
3) if Urshifu’s trainer is stupid enough to keep the bear on the battlefield, it’s game over
4) if it’s a Bulk Up set, it can be taunted before it boosts even once, thanks to Prankster, thus wasting a turn

Iron head does less damage than close combat, but as you have shown, a lot of people will be tempted to press the supereffective 80bp button without knowing the neutral STAB 120bp move does more damage

if you are trying to counter urshifu, you are switching into it so no reflect is up. If she uses CB close combat you are dead, simple as. It's a gamble. The only way to consitently counter Urshifu is with Pex + dark resist or Clefable, and even then it's not guaranteed

Ok, detail what you comprehended from my post. If the opposing trainer was adamant about keeping a Bulk Up Urshifu-S on the field, it can be taunted and have its Bulk Up move fail, which wastes a turn.

I completely forgot about that, whoops. I have taunted a bulk-up rapid Urshifu twenty or something minutes ago, so I thought the same tactic would work on Urshifu-s, for some reason.

Disregard that. I’ve yet to use a defensive Grimmsnarl against Urshifu-S, so I didn’t learn this the hard way yet.

Grimmsnarl isn't the *worst* option against Urshifu, but you need to understand that unless you got it in under the best circumstances it's going to lose or at bare minimum, become severely crippled for the rest of the match by getting a huge chunk of it's health ripped off
Grimm isn't a bad Pokemon, but he's not used more often because everything else in the meta hurts him really hard.

what does volcarona and latios have to do with anything? And yes, grimmsnarl is also irrelevant in OU, and buzzwole has it's days counted too. Not to mention it loses to Future Sight anyway without the meme Aerial Ace.
