>>45789097From the looks of these pics the majority of your collection is 8 or higher. Really nice stuff.
They're looking for scratches and whitening around the edges, usually on the back, but they also grade based on how evenly rounded the corners are and how well centered the printing is. You can pick out the ones you think are the most damaged, but honestly sending in everything in your first two pics would be a pretty safe bet. You do get discounts on bulk packages, but keep in mind those Charizards are going to cost you an arm and a leg to get graded. Any single card valued over $1k gets a premium slapped on.
As for the commons, that's up to you. If you think any are 10s you can make a lot more, but otherwise you'll probably be throwing money away. Maybe use them to pad out a bulk discount. I wouldn't bother with the trainer cards.
Since it'll be a premium package, PSA's turnaround times won't be as bad. I have no idea how much they've been impacted, but premium is usually within a week + shipping. They have the lowest grading standards and also the highest market value, so it's probably your best option. BGS should be your second choice but expect lower grades, they're pretty harsh. Don't do CGC, they're shit.
