I know it's supposed to be a gimmick but come on it deserves it. Lock the ability behind an event or make it hidden.

If Truant heals, it should also be 1/16th like Leftovers. Stacking Leftovers with Truant would be absurd if it resulted in triple leftovers healing

It'd only heal every other turn, so the ability would effectively exchange every other turn for a leftovers. So only double leftovers healing if stacked with a held leftovers.

Anything with a BST on par with Slaking is either a legendary or a mega. And even then, only megas of legendaries and pseudo-legendaries.

That’d be interesting, but only if the stats were lowered in some way. Comatose isn’t really a detriment, you just lose rest

Comatose is a great ability. It only seems like it sucks because Komala sucks.
Only downside is not being able to use Rest, but Slaking has Slack Off anyway.
