Pokemon Colosseum or Gale of Darkness on the Gamecube. Both are doubles-focused and don't follow the tired 8 Gym/Elite Four formula. The music in it really bops, too.

I don't recommend HGSS. Playing through it right now and fucking everything uses evasion/accuracy moves. It's the absolute worst.
