5. Base game will release with Ventrode region and Galar in the post game. Galar will not include Isle of Armor or the Crown Tundra however.
The release order for the expansions are in pairs - Sinnoh & Kalos, Johto & Unova, Hoenn & Alola, and finally Kanto for last with the Sevii Islands.
All will be free roaming camera open world reimaginings of these regions.
There will be an overhaul to the current leveling system with 50 being the level cap in the base game.
Each expansion will then raise this cap. Your current Pokemon in Home will be converted to this new system
once they are transfered into the game. The Experience share returns but is now optional again though it still affects the entire party.
Tourism will be a major theme throughout this game, its story, and its expansions, encouraging exploration of the open world. As you travel around the regions
challenging gyms and collecting badges you'll also visit certain landmarks and gain stamps on your trainer card that also basically acts
as a passport of sorts. There are many minor landmarks and quite a few major landmarks to visit to obtain stamps which will give
certain perks and rewards. There are also hidden landmarks to find.
6. As mentioned last time, Mega Evolutions, Z Moves, Dynamax, and Gigantamax all return in this generation. The "Power Band" (this gen's Key Stone), Mega Stones, and Z Moves will all be
obtainable and usable during the initial playthrough but Dynamax and Gigantamax are not available until the post game once you've visited Galar.
While touring Galar, an event will happen that will make Power Spots start appearing in Ventrode as well as all of the other previous regions in which then you'll be able
to Dynamax and Gigantamax in these spots.
