More Generation 9 Leaks

No.45804838 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Greetings, once again I have come back as promised with more
information regarding the ninth generation of Pokemon.

First I want to shout out and thank HDvee for covering my
my previous leak. He and you all will soon be rewarded with
finding out my information is accurate via official
announcments very soon.

Next I want to review the information I revealed last time and I'll
add new information to it where appropriate.

1. THERE WILL BE NO DIMAOND & PEARL REMAKES. Despite all of the
other rumors I stand strongly by this. Do not disappoint yourselves,
Gamefreak is doing the DLC expansion model for Sinnoh.

2. Not two but THREE different versions that will determine your exclusives and your starter Pokemon and starting town.
It will have a full single player story that continues into the expansions but also have heavy emphasis on multiplayer and
while not as large as a true MMO, it will have a Destiny 2 like games as a service model to make "the definitive Pokemon experience" for the foreseeable future aka no Gen 10 plans at all.

The names of the three games will be simply titled "Pokemon", with the substitle named after the three starters. Pokemon - (Grass Starter) Edition, Pokemon - (Fire Starter) Edition, Pokemon - (Water Starter) Edition.
The names of the starters are not yet final.

3. New Region is based around the Adriatic and Ionian Seas with
Greek and Roman influences. I can now confirm the English name is
Ventrode. Completely open world, free roaming camera with gyms challeneged in any order
and scaling based on badges.

4. All previous regions are releasing as separate expansions with
their respective Pokemon that aren't already in the Ventrode Dex.

I can confirm now that the Ventrode Dex will include 628 Pokemon of
which there are 94 brand new Pokemon and 16 new regional forms. Though the
National Dex technically returns, only these Pokemon are available
in the base game, the rest returning via expansions or Home once the
expansions are released.
