Good question. Sunkern's one of my absolute favorite Pokemon; I love its design, and it became my first and only best buddy in Go.

I hated absolutely everything about Arceus. It's "story", it's distribution, it's design (I thought it was a Absol evo), the type plates and the space they take up in your bag, etc.
A fucking God pokemon... How do you go beyond that? You don't, that's why everything afterwards was strong but not too much

Sunflora could be so much more. I have no defense for it, but it's sad that it's always 10/100~ non-legend mons are good for actual battle or competitive, while the rest are just filler
