Idk why they should care.
I've never personally hacked stats, but I know I'd prefer actual perfect IVs over some bs "HYPERTRAINED!!!1!!!11" looking ugly af on my pokemon stats.
And frankly, now that there is Hyper Training included on the game, hacked mons feel far less "cheaty".
