Depends how high you get in the ranks. I'm regularly top 1000, and it's not until you get to ~2500 that people stop using shitter sets. The other day I decided to try out singles and even in the Ultra Ball tier (the second highest) people were using shit like neutral nature Cinderace and AV Clefable. In terms of doubles, probably 60-70% of teams are Weakness Policy, the remainder are Sun and Trick Room (not that they're mutually exclusive).
