Does anyone else get the feeling that as time goes on, James Turner has more and more influence over the Pokemon franchise? It just feels that after Gen V (where he started doing designs) each successive gen has more pokemon that ascribe to his design style even if not done by him, and not only that but each gen feels more and more western in style, story, content, all of its elements. It's not even just pokemon really, Little Town Hero and that Temba game both felt strongly western overall, rather than Japanese.
