If this game had either skippable cutscenes or the cutscenes were dramatically cut down it could easily be a top 4 Pokemon game, sitting with the giants like Heart Gold and Emerald. It is otherwise a really solid Pokemon game but the cutscene issue is so awful that it dramatically hurts it's replayability.
