Rambo was the roughest so we decided to cut. The other ones I really liked, and made only minor adjustments. I think your base sprites are very charming, but need help in the animation department.
Things that hover or swim can use a translation of 1 pixel to give the idea that they're floating, we did this with Hauntlet. Real simple fix. Glost was all good. Other ones like the moth line, I gave a light squash and stretch to, and slight movement to legs, antenna, wings to help the effects be more dynamic. Happig I gave a squat to, and Biporkar I added a minor hover and the tail pulling in/out.
Really try to think motion wise, if x moves, y would move. Changing the outline also lets you manipulate the idea that something is moving. This is all with a grain of salt, we are working really small scale. When in doubt though, bobbing up and down is always a safe idle animation. If youre using paint I get that animating can be a pain. Can't wait to see more, it's fun working with your stuff.
