Wouldn't Intelleon be decent with a crit boosting item and its hidden ability? That's like 50% Crits on snipe shot and 12.5 % on others and doing a lot more damage.
Maybe Super luck would be a better ability?

Give his signature move a high crit ratio. It's silly that they gave him a hidden ability like Sniper, but didn't give him any high crit moves to make use of it.
