>>45836281>So yeah, idk what kind of jobs you had, but seems to me you lack real world experience.I worked in retail, anon, I know full well that real actual people can be absolute assholes. However, I also know that real actual people can be very kind and sweet, because luckily for me, the staff I worked with and even my boss were some of the nicest people I'd ever met on the face of the planet and they made it worth it (when I finally had to quit the job for other reasons and gave my two week's notice, my Boss actually offered to just let me skip the two weeks and receive full payment for them anyways before I left, though I still worked those two weeks because those guys were such nice individuals that I did want to help them out while I was still around). I still talk to them sometimes and remain good friends with some of those people.
I know that, yes, sometimes you'll get stuck with a shitty group project with a shitty boss who will yell at you and blame every single failure on your head while avoiding admitting any fault just because he knows he can get away with it. This is realistic, and I just got lucky that time (though I've had other jobs and I still know that experience).
Realism, however, does not translate to "good". Nor does it mean "fun".
Chatot being a complete fucking cunt, therefore, may be a realistic representation of your average asshole boss. This does not make him enjoyable, improve the game in any way, or make the story more fun.
It just makes him an unbearable killjoy.
Now, take that and apply it to all of the guild (and Team Skull). Is it a realistic behavior for your staff members to be unpleasant and/or bland, your manager to be a cocking tool and the guy in charge of your company to be a drooling retard, or for bullies to be childish dicks for no other reason than to just be childish dicks? Yes. But it's not fun. It's annoying. I want to play a fun game, not deal with a bunch of obnoxious dickheads bogging down the story.
