No, it's the grasping of retards, desperately trying to discredit a DP remake as the sole Game Freak release this year. We know at this stage Game Freak would rather shit out a remade version of their older games, than bother porting older ones, especially after VC Gen I only sold 1.5m copies total and VC Gen II figures weren't released (thus didn't actually sell enough to bother releasing).
Older games will likely continue to get remade in due course, but as for this year's release, it'll be what the board desperately thinks it can avoid if it just wishes hard enough.
