Second, "checking" is not "countering", and being able to do the job based on a fucking coin flip as to whether or not your opponent slotted in the wrong ass fucking move is not considered "reliable" by any means.
Third, Celesteela is considered B rank viability in USUM's ubers, that's not terrible at all.
