One of the best counters to the electric gym in Reborn (Admittedly Goldeen, not Seaking), albeit that gym is easy enough that you shouldn't need a counter.

Was my starter in Pokemon Empire, but it was Rock/Ghost with a rebalanced movepool in that so it barely felt the same.
I was going to use one in Pokemon Spork Suggested Edition because he's an amazing gravity abuser, but never did get around to it.

There are usually better shell smash sweepers available, which is the biggest problem they have.
