Most people call them your friends but you sure as fuck don't do anything with them for most of the game. You never feel like they have a character, they're just roadblocks that follow you around. Come on, let me help the ginger kid find a rare pokémon to fill the dex, Let me help the fatso teach his mons a New dancing move that he uses in battle, SOMETHING. Its just aggravating, really, and once again missed potential in gen 6.
