Yeah, Cinderace is pretty cool it also reminds me of a character from another football anime I used to watch, which they also probably took inspiration from, since his game model does a similar pose like this and he kicks fireballs too kek.

Clearly it's not allowed.
Fossilmons are extinct, starters only exist in captivity, and Eevee/Eeveelutions are extremely rare.
The 7:1 gender ratio isn't sustainable, which is why these species don't seem to survive very long.

Game Freak are very particular about what they put in their games, especially their pokédex entries (basis for the rest of the franchise' portrayal of the things). The fact the male primarina bit exists exclusively as game mechanics or porn subjects (no canon source has portrayed a male of the line), seems they have a different opinion on the species than you, to the point of using a feminine diminutive to describe an entire species.
