Pokemon battling was pretty much designed to not include legends. Only boss npc's and battle frontier has them. They literally exist to make the elite 4 easier to run through for kids. The same applies to pseudo legendaries which were intentionally designed to be broken.
Claiming you are competitive when you include pokemon that quite literally not designed to be fair is dumb and is why you are stuck with like 10 tiers and landorus and the regis dominating,
If you play the game without legendaries you find the game is better.
