Like, say, Chimchar ultimately fucked over Turtwig, but it still got to do stuff frequently. Staraptor, Buizel and Gliscor still got to do stuff often too. Same story with Kalos, Greninja was a screenhog, but only Noivern was really neglected. Hawlucha jobbed a lot maybe, but we always got to see him and he had episodes dedicated to him.
Sceptile didn't tread on any toes either, Corphish, Swellow, Donphan and Glalie all did plenty. Etc etc
Usually there's only one that reallt doesn't get their dues, but PM2019 is a different story, it is full on Pikachu and Lucario 95% of the time.
