I'm open to some dating-sim style interactions with various characters. I don't know about child bearing though, it feels like you would have to have adult player characters to avoid sending the wrong message. No way is a game ever getting approved where a 14-year-old protagonist impregnates his girlfriend.

For what purpose? The only purpose of the Trainer mechanically is to be a vessel for your choices. There's nothing to 'breed' like Fire Emblem.
