What is your biggest pokemon related mistake?
Mine is that i reset my pokemon sapphire with a silver training card, almost complete pokedex and mixed records with 4 other players...

Mine was at a birthday party when I was younger. Another kid let me play his Pokémon Red and I started a new game and swapped boxes. I don’t even know why I swapped boxes it was literally right after you get access to the Viridian Pokémon center for the first time.

I restarted my Omega Ruby cartridge but forgot to take my shinies out of the save file first. Lost around 20 of them in total.
Most of them were just random encounters and chain-fished ones that didn't mean much to me (I'd hardly describe myself as a shiny hunter) but it still didn't feel great when I realised.

I reset my Omega Ruby with the year of Mythicals lvl 100 Arceus on it. It was pretty much the only valuable Pokemon on there, but I had forgotten that it existed.
Also during Gen 7 I got a Gamestop card for a shiny Silvally and it expired before I could actually use it.
