When this Pokemon is above 50% HP:

Like, okay, if Incineroar snarled an opponent, their sp Atk lowers by two stages instead of just one. And, should Incineroar Bulk Up, it’ll act like a simultaneous Sword Dance + Iron Defense.

This is part of my fantasy to have the current HAs of starters replace Blaze/Overgrow/Torrent, and they get new HAs as well.

The user's attacks become stronger when used consecutively (item version of metronome).
The core of this ability is being able to break down defensive pokemon and stop them from simply healing off your attacks. I envision the modifier being a non-compounding increase of 20% per attack, but the exact number can be changed for balance.
>Blowback
The user copies the first attack that they receive and uses it in addition to their normal move. This effect only triggers once.
I like this idea because it enables defensive counterplay and punishes frail attacking pokemon. Dragon or Ghost types, for instance, would fear blindly using their STAB moves because this pokemon could switch in and hit them supereffectively. However, it isn't a universal counter because the reflected attack would use the defending pokemon's stats, so it won't be as strong as the attacker.

This will be abilities for Legends, so keep in mind that it kinda needs to be a little OP. Just remind me if I'm going overboard.

Temporal Domain
Boosts the Pokémon's Speed stat when it enters a battle. Roar of Time has no recharge period (only Roar of Time).
>Palkia
Spatial Domain
Boosts the Pokémon's Evasion stat when it enters a battle. All enemy have their evasion stat lowered when Palkia is in the arena.
>Giratina
Distorted Reality
The Pokémon bends the reality around it, making itself intangible to attack that does contact. Shadow Force can hit any Pokemon, even normal types.

Unironically a good idea and a way better solution than boots.
Punishes hazards in a way that can only be utilized by offensive mons.
That way stall still gets fucked over by hazards.
I'd give it to more relevant mons, though.

Deviant: Gives STAB to all types except the type the pokemon is.
Phalanx: when buffing an attack or defence stat, increase the equal opposite (Atk/Def or S.Atk/S.Def) by the same amount.

Hail immunity, Sand Force multiplier for Ghost-type or Ice-type moves (×1.3). Give it to Ghost-types to help Hail be more viable. Also give those Ghosts access to a Ghost-type move with a 20% freeze chance while under hail, or a Frozen status version of toxic/t-wave/sleep powder/will-o-wisp that only works under hail.

This ability is exclusive to Cosmog. Not even Cosmoem. Just Cosmog.
