It's a slightly shittier Hippowdon with Glare that can spam flinches. I gave it Rocky Helmet & Sand Spit to cause extra damage when hit :)

80 SE is 160
100 STAB is 150

Otherwise the damage formula is the same since they hit the same defense stat based off the same offensive stat.

Back when I played around the beginning of the generation, I liked to run an Assault Vest set with

Unfortunately it's abysmal coverage means it has issues against anything that can resist Fighting and Dark, but against other Pokémon it can be deceptively tanky with Drain Punch and the attack boosts.
I really hope they buff it's movepool next gen because I'd love to see this thing actually be more than a gimmick

Obstruct isn't terrible.
It lets you buy a turn while the Flame Orb burns you, and it's better than Protect in plenty of cases.

Head Smash and Hard Stone with Rock Polish to sweep. A Web setter is pretty much mandatory even after +2, but being able to 2HKO stuff that resists Rock is never not hilarious.
