Thats why a few months ago, people tried to create their own serena stuff, they acknowledge anime fans tend to act immaturely and are here mostly to fap. That's also fucking cringe and they don't want to be associated with that attitude.
Of course there's also trolls, but you'll never get rid of them if you can't tell apart legit complaints from trolling attempts. You are the one antagonizing the users here by acting as if nothing is happening. It is up to you whether you learn from this or not.
