Let’s be real, not even Pokémon fans care about Pokémon reps in Smash. Another Fire Emblem character would be more interesting than Cinderace.

Real Pokemon fans don't want another Pokemon in Smash because they know when enough is enough. That, and Nintendo will pick something lame like Cinderace, Inteleon, or Urshifu. Rillaboom would be tolerable at most (still boring af) but I'd rather get an interesting character from a new IP or at least an IP that deserves more rounding out.
