Apparently Brock is 15 according to Bulbapedia. I've been trying to find the source to confirm if it's really true but I can't find anything. Help, anons?

Probably find that Nintendo or whoever has avoided any specificity about the ages of Pokemon characters to avoid any weird issues with laws involving characters who are minors. Just a guess.
