As soon as I found out he made the Ultra Sun and Moon opening cinematic, I knew we were in good hands.
As for the DLC... the Isle of Armour still had a couple of the base Wild Area’s flaws, but a level of improvement was still present.
The Crown Tundra however was exceptional. Here’s 4 things to do, and they can be done in any order, or even in bits and pieces together. That’s how an open world Pokémon game could (and should) work. I’ll be ecstatic if this guy’s directing the next game or Gen 9. Seems likely to be the Morimoto successor, as Ohmori is Masuda’s and Turner is Sugimori’s.
