>>45904204>Pikachu/Primeape learning Iron TailThe description of Iron Tail only mentions the tail being "steel-hard", it doesn't literally require the tail to be made out of metal. As far as Primeape not having a tail, Mankey does, and it's impossible for Mankey to learn a move that Primeape doesn't.
>Charmander can learn Metal ClawOnly occurs in FRLG, this was purely a gameplay based decision because they wanted players who picked Charmander to be able to use it against Brock. Charmander can't learn Metal Claw in any of the subsequent versions.
>Flying types that aren't Steel learn Steel WingAlthough the current description of Steel Wing states that the user has "wings of steel", previous games simply described it as using "hard-edged" wings. Similarly to Iron Tail, this is a case where rigidity is considered Steel type, and the move doesn't necessarily mean actual metal is being used.
>Fighting types learning Aerial AceThe description of Aerial Ace just refers to confounding the target with speed before slashing. Theoretically, any pokemon that can move fast enough should be able to use Aerial Ace.
>Dodrio/Doduo learning FlyThis one is slightly more of a conundrum, but there are a bunch of pokemon that fly and can't learn the move. It seems more likely then that, given the emphasis on altitude, Dodrio/Doduo can jump very high.
>Wooper learning punching movesThis one I legitimately have nothing.
>Cryogonal learning AttractThis was likely just an oversight, perhaps because Cryogonal was planned to have gender earlier in development or perhaps because they forgot to check the box for a pokemon being genderless. However, this has since been fixed; Cryogonal can't learn Attract in gen 8.
