The owner of the battle tower in fire red and leaf green. You don’t battle him he just gives you an upgrade I think. I haven’t done that tower since 2005

Rotting in some usb stick like most of the unreleased illustrations of non-major characters, as well as almost all concept art.
If Game Freak released a series art book, then that would actually be worth buying.

Same goes for Buena, Ben, RS Magma/Aqua Admins, Walda Pepper, Red's mother, Brendan/May's mother, Magnus, Mr. Bonding and countless others.
I wonder which ones have unpublished concept arts - I guess at least those who have non-generic sprites/models.

Also hell, I would love to see the sketchbook of the Ranger series character designers - almost everyone had an unique sprite there, but only a few characters got artworks. So many great wasted designs.
