Actually just has the bulk to survive a coverage move and set up a Rock Polish with Adamant max investment. The +10 Speed makes it doable without Jolly so Attack isn't compromised since you won't be using SD or the like.

Air balloon. Or pair it with any flying-type or something with Levitate. The goal isn't to make Rampardos invincible here.

You are also ignoring the 9 resistances Rampardos gains, including clandestine precipice resistance and being able to kill fairies.
