Something interesting I found is that in Masters, characters from Alola and Galar don't seem to have their Z-Rings or Dynamax Bands even when it's usually a part of their design. Olivia, Nanu, and Hapu are all shown in their art with Z-Rings and don't have them in Pasio, Gloria doesn't have her Dynamax Band either despite her mentioning Hop, Marnie, and Bede.
I guess it makes sense because Z-Moves can't be used outside Alola and Dynamax can't be used outside Galar. But at the same time it does signify they made a conscious decision to remove them from their designs while they were modeling the characters. (Nanu even has a different necklace that appears to be a non-Z crystal as he initially wore Darknium Z
On the other hand, everyone else that's been shown with mega rings has them, and those who haven't all have keystones that still allow them to use megas.
