Serebii is more detailed.
Pkmndb is a million times easier to navigate.
Basically you go on serebii when you want in depth info, Pkmndb for everything else.

Pokemon Database is fine, but the information it has is so narrow that I never bother using it. Bulbapedia is the best option. Serebii is completely obsolete.

Pokemon DB for general info (stats, movesets, etc.)
Serebii for specific info (pokemon locations, in-game gifts/trades, etc.)
I only use Bulbapedia if Pokemon DB is missing info on a Pokemon.
