Yeah sure none of its stats break 100, but its a generalist. Jack of all trades, master of none.
With that in mind, I were to buff it, this is what I would do:
>+10 base attacka 13 point difference is a bit much to be considered a true mixed attacker. Pushing its attack up to 92 makes this more of a feasible option.
>buff DampThis buff extends to a lot of other Pokemon, so we have to be careful, but it's a long time coming. Damp as of right now seems waaay to situational. As for the buff, I am of two minds. One would be to give it the effect of Water Sport, as long as it remained on the field. Another would be for it to extend rainy weather for 1 turn, acting like a ability version of Damp Rock (and stacking with it).
