also, why nintendo hasn't made a ghost eevelution will be beyond me.
here is an idea on how to go through with it.
make eevee be above level 20, have reaper cloth or some item similar to it, make that eevee faint and after the battle it evolves into a ghost type eeveelution.
its kink would be having an HP on blissey tier and ensure this pokemon wins through attrition.

Every Eeveelution has stats of 130, 110, 95, 65, 65, and 60.

they only make eevelutions for special types, not physical types dummy
