It was an intentional decision, I shouldn't have to explain why. If any other company pulled something like this to sell a subscription service that does the EXACT thing as a better, cheaper subscription service they would be lynched on the spot. But people have deluded themselves into believing it has anything to do with time, resources, or the models at all.
The fact they also cut the GTS and put it in Home is proof of this.
