Regice: Snow Warning
>Allows it to fulfill the role of a defensive ice type well using Aurora Veil
>Helps out other mons on the team
>Patches up it’s somewhat weak Physical Defense
>Can then fire off 100% accuracy life orb blizzards that hit like a truck

It would be a great defensive mon that can offensively support it’s team, or just a plain defensive mon. It already has a meaty SpecD stat, right?

rain dance is a reference to how people used to literally dance to try and summon rain, nobody did that to summon droughts, hail, or sandstorms

Recover would make me genuinely viable in OU or even Ubers (even with slow start) and probably boost egisteel to Ubers or just OU. Regirock (with sand stream) would probably be UUBL because mono rock is a worse typing than mono steel with Regice (snow warning) being an immediate star in Doubles.

Maybe Registeel's weather can be some kind of magnetic field.
Boosts both of the defenses of steel types, but also decreases their evasion or maybe even makes every attack hit them.
