I could see the Gen 4 remakes having a post game that involves going to the distortion world to battle and capture Giratina. Maybe after catching Arceus to assist you? Could be a cool cinematic battle like they did with Eternatus.
And as we know from HGSS, Cynthia has knowledge about and possibly experience with Arceus, so maybe after defeating her she'll help you capture Arceus or something idk
They have several routes they could take to create something cool and special, and they probably won't take any of them
