Everyone involved in Pokemon except Game Freak knows the money is in mega evos.
Their compulsion to scrap past features overrides the desire for profit.
If they kept releasing new megas with each game, eventually every pokemon would have one.

They might not be in the main games anymore but they were far from dropped. Megas will have a much longer shelf life than dynashit ever will.

That's a lot of cope dynafag. Megas were in 5 mainline games across 4 different regions. Dynashit will be lucky to be in 2 games.
