Are you joking. They didn't add it in the original for wanting the player to go through Mt Coronet again. You'll be getting Arceus from a dude in the Pokecenter at best. At worst it ill be a gift for buying the Poketch accessory for 50$.

Hall of Origin is just that, a hallway.
It seems perfectly in line with modern game freak design, so I see zero reason they would omit it.

It gets the "Fateful Encounter" tag, to be able to move to/from Bank/Home. If it has the tag, it's not changed status. They only let FE mythicals pass through the system, hence why they apply the tag on capture.

I'm hoping for a post game story that involves catching Arceus and then going to the Distortion World to battle Giratina with the help of Arceus. Similar to the Delta Emerald episode thing in ORAS.
